Rehab2Rental is a program provided by 100% Chaves County through HagermanForward and MFA. Qualifying property owners of a home that is need of renovations in order to meet HUD housing quality standards may receive a no-interest loan and have zero payments when the home is rented at HUD market rate to someone with a housing voucher such as RapidRehousing or Regional Housing Authority Section 8 voucher.

 

The goal of the program is help improve and stabilize our communities, convert vacant housing into income-generating rentals, and provide quality housing to our most income-sensitive residents.
